Who is kimyo for?

kimyo is aimed at children aged 7 to 11 but can be used by anyone. Children can use it on their own or with supervision.

What information does my child need to provide to register?

Your child will need to pick a username and avatar from a pre-defined list and they will also need to provide an email address. If your child is under the age of 13 then they will be asked to seek assistance from an adult before being asked for an email address.

Does my child need to register?

No, they don’t need to register, but registering will allow them to safely save the information about the items they have collected and to log in on different devices.

Does my child need to take a device with them?

If you’re visiting somewhere and you’d rather your child didn’t have a device then simply download and print the collector sheet from that location’s page. Children can then cross off the things they find as they find them and can write down their answers to any questions. You can then enter the answers once you’re home.
